We are open from Wed-Sunday

11:00 AM – 5:00 PM to the public (main building door is open till 5pm)

We are strictly appointment only after 5pm

 

✍🏽 Appointments & Walk-Ins

 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.

For larger or more detailed tattoos, appointments are highly recommended.

 

How do I book an appointment?

Can I do a consultation over the phone or DM?

No. In-person consultations are required to ensure proper design planning, sizing, and placement.

 

 

💰 Rates & Pricing (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

 

Shop Minimum: $150

Hourly Rate: $175/hour

Full Day Session: $1,200 (up to 8 hours)

 

 

💳 Deposits & How They Work

    •    A deposit is REQUIRED to book any appointment

    •    Non-refundable & non-transferable

    •    Deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo

    •    For multi-session tattoos, the deposit is applied to the final session

 

Deposits may be forfeited if appointment policies are not followed.

 

 

⏰ Late, Reschedules & No-Shows

    •    15+ minutes late without notice: Deposit forfeited

    •    Reschedule within 48 hours: Deposit forfeited

    •    No call / No show: Deposit forfeited and future booking will not be allowed

 

Emergencies do happen — communication is key. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss options.

 

 

🖌️ Design Preparation

 

Before contacting or consulting, please have:

    •    A clear design idea

    •    Preferred style

    •    Approximate size (in inches)

    •    Desired body placement

    •    Black & grey or color preference

 

If you have reference images or specific details, please provide them at the consultation.

 

⚠️ Completed designs are NOT sent via text, DM, or email.

If you would like to see your design before your appointment, we can schedule an in-person design review.

 

 

🧾 Identification Requirements

 

18+ Clients:

    •    Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID)

    •    Must be physical and not expired

 

Minors (Virginia State Law):

    •    Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

    •    Proof of age and relationship required

    •    Acceptable documents include:

    •    Passport

    •    State ID

    •    Birth certificate with photo ID

    •    School photo ID + birth certificate

 

If parent and minor have different last names, legal documentation is required.

 

 

🧳 What to Bring to Your Appointment

    •    Government-issued photo ID

    •    Water & snacks (highly recommended)

    •    Comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area

    •    Headphones and/or a small pillow are welcome

 

 

🕯️ Full Day Sessions (Large-Scale Tattoos)

Day Rate: $1200

Deposit Required: $500

    •    Deposit is applied to total

    •    Remaining $700 due the day of the appointment

    •    Guarantees 6–8 hours of tattooing

    •    Completion in one day is not guaranteed

 

Full day sessions are for large, intricate pieces only, such as:

    •    Arm sleeves

    •    Leg sleeves

    •    Back pieces

    •    Chest pieces

💡 Rough Pricing Examples

 

These are estimates only, not final quotes:

    •    Small script or symbol: $150–$300

    •    Medium black & grey piece: $300–$600

    •    Detailed forearm or shoulder piece: $600–$1,200

    •    Half sleeve: $1,200–$2,000+

    •    Full sleeve / back / chest: Full-day or multi-session project

 

❌ Not valid for multiple small tattoos.

 

 

💉 Numbing Cream

    •    Optional numbing cream available for $40

    •    Requires 30–45 minutes to activate

    •    Please arrive early if requesting numbing cream

😬 Do Tattoos Hurt?

 

Pain tolerance varies from person to person. Tattoos are generally uncomfortable, but most clients find the experience manageable and worth it.
